When you step off the zipline platform, the momentum carries you and the thrill of gliding through the air gives way to new perspectives. Following through on a big project takes courage… show up as the person who can take the leap!
This excursion also invites you to see the world through a different lens - one that says, anything is possible.
Punta Leona Beach Club
On our final day together, we will enjoy the day at Punta Leona Beach Club and Playa Blanca (one of the most beautiful beaches on the Pacific) as we finalize all pieces of your big plan while sitting poolside and toes in the sand as you listen to the sounds of the ocean to move from obstacles to possibilities.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder.

What’s Included:
Our intimate retreat center will be private to our retreat guests ONLY so you can enjoy every inch of the gorgeous gated property including the sparkling pool, an abundance of fruit trees, and breathtaking sunsets.
Five (5) nights at Casa del Sol Retreat & Wellness Center, a new eco-chic wellness & retreat center in Atenas, Costa Rica (wifi available on-site).
Breakfast buffet each morning with local (mostly organic) ingredients, smoothies, lunches and dinners (excluding lunch at La Paz & Punta Leonoa Beach Club), including chef-prepared meals on-site as well as delicious options at local establishments.
Ground Transportation to/from the San Jose, SJO airport & Casa del Sol Retreat Center at scheduled times. ***Please note that we can assist with scheduling transportation if you arrive after the scheduled shuttle departure times, however an additional transportation fee would be paid by the attendee.
Ground transportation to/from scheduled eco-tourism activities.
Guided restorative yoga sessions with Tammi to fully restore and relax.
A captivating day at La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Poas Volcano.
Relax into wellness sessions on-site to restore the body and bring more harmony.

What Is Not Included:
Your round-trip airfare to and from the San Jose, Costa Rica Airport and your home.
Any (optional) hotel stay(s) before and/or after the retreat. Post-retreat time on-site may be available.
Transportation to/from retreat center outside of scheduled times.
Beverages (including any alcoholic beverages) outside of the retreat center inclusions.
Lunch at La Paz Waterfalls and during beach day.
Gifts, souvenirs, and phone calls.
Additional activities that guest chooses to participate in outside of retreat inclusions.
Travel, personal and medical insurance (highly recommended).
Passport and other necessary documentation.

Please note that each casita will host up to three women each in their own single beds with the option for a single room upgrade available to one guest. The lofted casitas have 2-story windows overlooking nature. Each casita has a kitchenette, a bathroom, living space, outdoor deck with table and hammock adjacent to the pool, as well as a quiet outdoor reflection spaces.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum $500, non-refundable deposit, is required for all reservations.
Cancellations made now through January 21, 2026 will be refunded less deposit.
Cancellations made January 22, 2026-February 21, 2026 will be refunded at 50%.
Cancellations after February 22, 2026 are non-refundable.
Please purchase travel insurance for unavoidable emergencies that may result in cancellation.
Insurance quotes available upon request.
Minimum Participant Disclaimer
This retreat is contingent upon a minimum enrollment of four (4) participants. Should the minimum not be met 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, the retreat will be canceled. Participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid, with no further liability or obligations on the part of the retreat host.

I’m so busy already with work and/or family obligations. How will I find the time to attend this retreat?
If you feel the pull of work obligations, remember your most valuable asset is not your employer or your business. Your most valuable asset is your health and wellbeing. This retreat will help you enhance your life in so many ways that you may even increase your productivity, creativity and innovation upon return.
You’re so busy putting everyone’s needs first…your partner’s, your children’s, your employees’ or emplyer’s, etc. that you may not remember what it is like to prioritize your own well being and enjoyment. For that matter, maybe you never had an opportunity to really consider what would bring YOU joy.
This opportunity sounds amazing and exactly what I need! I am not certain I can make it work…

I have special dietary needs. Will the retreat center accommodate me?
Absolutely!
You will receive a survey prior to the retreat to include any dietary or other information pertinent to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
I do not know any other women on the retreat. Will I “fit in”?
Great question. We have had many retreat participants join solo and leave gaining a new group of sister-friends! As long as you are open to meeting new women and leave judgement of self and others behind, you will find an abundance of love and support.
